How It Works

Hiring equipment from Pro Hire is simple: choose available hire-ready equipment online, pay securely, collect from our shop, and return it to our shop by the agreed deadline.

STEP 1

Choose your equipment

Browse our available hire equipment online and choose the item you need. Online checkout is for equipment that is currently available, inspected and ready for shop collection.

STEP 2

Pay online

Add your chosen equipment to cart and pay securely online. The product page will show the hire price, deposit where applicable, collection details, return deadline and any important hire conditions.

STEP 3

Collect from our shop

Collect your equipment from the shop during opening hours. Before release, we may complete ID, age, authorised collector and handover checks depending on the equipment hired.

STEP 4

Use it safely

Use the equipment only for its intended purpose and follow the safety guidance shown on the product page. Do not use equipment if it appears damaged, unsafe, incomplete or unsuitable.

STEP 5

Return to our shop

Return the equipment to our shop by the agreed return deadline. All standard hires are currently shop collection and shop return only.

STEP 6

Inspection after return

Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised and before the item is made available again. Returned does not mean available.

Delivery, return collection and future-date hires

Delivery and return collection are not currently offered unless we expressly agree this before confirming your hire.

Need equipment for a future date? Contact us with your preferred collection and return dates. Future-date hires are handled by request after we check availability.

Extensions

Extensions are not automatic. If you need more time, contact us before the return deadline.

We will confirm whether an extension is available after checking stock and future availability. Keeping equipment without approval is treated as a late return.
