Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.

- Allow the light to cool before moving, packing or returning.
- Keep clear of flammable materials and do not cover the light.
- Do not use if the glass, grille, cable or plug is damaged.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return. Extra charges may apply if the light is returned with broken glass, damaged cable/plug, missing parts or heat damage from misuse.
