Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.
Safe use
- Use only compatible Brother TZe tape cassettes.
- Do not force the cutter, tape cassette or battery compartment.
- Keep the printer dry and protect it from impact.
- Return the printer, case and adapter together.
- Remove batteries before return if you supplied your own.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return. Charges may apply for missing case, missing adapter, damaged cutter, damaged battery compartment, impact damage or missing supplied accessories.
