Before you collect

• Check all listed bits and accessories at handover
• Bring your order confirmation
• Ask before collection if you are unsure whether the kit is suitable for the job

Collection, return and extensions

Shop collection only. Return to our shop by the agreed return deadline. Future-date hires and extensions are handled by request after we check availability. Extensions are not automatic and must be approved before the return deadline.

Use safely

• Use rotary action only; do not use hammer action with diamond core bits
• Wear eye, ear, hand and respiratory protection
• Check for hidden pipes, cables and services before drilling
• Stop using if a bit appears cracked, damaged or unsafe

Do not use for

• Hammer action drilling
• Use with incompatible drills/adaptors
• Drilling where hidden services have not been checked
• Use as a powered tool without a compatible drill

Charges after return

• Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised and before the item is made available again.
• Charges may apply for late return, missing accessories, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return.
• Missing cores, arbors, adaptors or excessive wear/damage may be charged at reasonable replacement or wear cost after inspection.
