Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.
Safe use
- Use only for suitable dirty-water drainage tasks.
- Keep electrical connections away from water.
- Do not run dry unless the manufacturer instructions allow it.
- Follow any duty-cycle warning shown on the pump.
- Do not use with flammable, corrosive, chemical or hazardous liquids.
- Clean and drain the pump before return.
- Stop using if the cable, plug or casing appears damaged.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the pump is returned clogged, contaminated or excessively dirty.
