Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.
Safe use
- Use the correct accessory for the material and task.
- Wear eye protection and respiratory protection where appropriate.
- Secure the workpiece where needed.
- Keep hands clear of the cutting/sanding area.
- Do not use damaged or incompatible accessories.
- Stop using if the cable, plug, blade clamp or tool appears damaged, vibrates abnormally or appears unsafe.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return.
