Temporary light-duty power where the connected load is within the SDMO Diablo 2400 petrol generator rating.
Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.
Generator safety
- Outdoor use only due to carbon monoxide risk. Never use indoors, in garages, vans, basements or enclosed spaces.
- Keep away from doors, windows and vents.
- Allow the engine to cool before refuelling.
- Do not overload the generator or power loads above its rating.
- Keep dry and protected from rain or standing water.
- Do not operate unattended where unsafe.
- Stop using if it leaks, smokes excessively, surges or appears unsafe.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return. Fuel/oil misuse, contamination, damaged sockets, loss, theft or unsafe return condition may result in reasonable repair, cleaning or replacement charges.
