Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.
Safe use
- Do not look into the laser beam.
- Do not point the beam at people, vehicles or reflective surfaces.
- Check accuracy and suitability before relying on layout marks.
- Use only for general layout and levelling tasks, not certified survey-grade setting-out work unless separately confirmed.
- Stop using if the laser, tripod or case appears damaged or incomplete.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return.
