Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.

Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return. Missing or damaged chisels, case damage, excessive cleaning, misuse or damage beyond fair wear and tear may be charged after inspection.
