Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.

- Keep plugs, sockets and connections dry and protected.
- Do not exceed the rating of the distribution box or connected supply.
- Route the cable to reduce trip hazards, crushing, sharp edges and vehicle damage.
- Stop using immediately if the unit is damaged, wet, overheating, loose, incomplete or unsafe.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return.
