The product label states that extension leads are not recommended with this heater. Use with a suitable mains supply and follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions.

Collection and return

Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.

Safe use

• Keep the heater upright, uncovered and clear of materials while in use.
• Use indoors in a suitable work area and stop using the heater if the cable, plug, casing or controls appear damaged or unsafe.
• Allow the heater to cool before moving or returning it.

Return checks and charges

Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return. Heat damage, casing damage, cable damage, excessive contamination or unsafe return condition may affect the refundable deposit.
