Collection and return
Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.
Safe use
- Inspect before use and do not use if the ladder appears damaged, unstable or unsafe.
- Use on a firm, level surface and avoid overreaching.
- Do not assume this ladder is non-conductive; avoid electrical work unless the ladder and task are suitable.
Return checks and charges
Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return. Excessive contamination, damage, missing parts or unsafe return condition may affect the refundable deposit.
