Hire a Werner fibreglass platform step ladder for low-level access, decorating, maintenance, inspection and trade work. The fibreglass stiles are non-conductive, making this style of ladder suitable for appropriate work around electrical environments when used correctly and inspected before use.

• Trade and DIY tasks where a stable platform step is more practical than a basic swingback ladder.
• Electrical-adjacent work where non-conductive fibreglass stiles are required, subject to competent risk assessment.

This is used hire equipment and may show cosmetic trade wear, including scuffs and paint or plaster marks. Cosmetic marks do not affect hire suitability where the ladder passes normal inspection before handover.

Collection and return

Bring your order confirmation when collecting. Photo ID may be requested before handover. Standard online hires are collected from and returned to our W9 shop. Future-date hires, extensions, delivery and return collection may be available by prior arrangement before booking. Extensions must be agreed before the return deadline.

Safe use

• Inspect before use and do not use if the ladder appears damaged, unstable or unsafe.
• Use on a firm, level surface and keep both spreaders fully opened and locked where applicable.
• Do not overreach, stand on the tool tray or exceed the stated maximum load.
• Non-conductive stiles reduce risk but do not make electrical work safe by themselves; isolate power and follow competent working practices.
• Only use the ladder for access tasks within its safe working height and condition.

Return checks and charges

Returned equipment is inspected before deposits are finalised. Charges may apply for late return, missing supplied items, damage beyond fair wear and tear, excessive cleaning, loss, theft or non-return.

Charges may apply for damaged feet, rails, treads, platform, tray, spreaders or labels; contamination that prevents inspection; or return in an unsafe condition.
